Usually you don’t need a hat to wear when you’re already wearing a really nice suit. Sometimes though a hat is just what a man would need just to look complete in the attire that he has going on. However, are there hats out there that STILL doesn’t stop in making you look good?
Of course there are.
Fedora
Manofmany has many advice on what hats to wear but in my personal opinion, the fedora is the best one out there. It looks sharp and elegant and almost looks good in everything. Almost everything. I do understand that it’s been memed in the last couple of years as the “M’lady” hat, but the indents on that top part of that thing still makes it worth it. Wear your suit with this. If you look good in the suit then you’re going to look great pairing it up with a fedora.
Trilby
You’ve ever seen the hat Bruno Mars always used to wear? Because that hat is called the Trilby. Back then, my cousin used to keep wearing that and proclaiming she was a female Bruno Mars, which I couldn’t even deny looked good on her, no matter how much I didn’t want to admit it. The hat itself would have looked good on me too if I just had worn something stylish or elegant at the time. Maybe an attire that would have fit me in Bruno Mars’ music videos.
Panama
Those sun hats ladies at the beaches would always wear? Well a panama is just the male-version of that. It too is super light and nice to wear when the weather is bright and sunny and you can probably pull it off if you wore something seasonal like a crisp linen suit. Albeit it’s smaller than the sun hat. Enjoy walking down the beach or a summer island wearing this attire, because you’re going to end up looking like a Mafioso. A really good-looking one.
Pork Pie Hat

It too is super light and nice to wear when the weather is bright and sunny and you can probably pull it off if you wore something seasonal like a crisp linen suit. Derby
This is known more as the Bowler hat, which I’m sort of familiar with since I read books that has characters that wore this sometimes. It still looks good to be worn as long as you know how to pull it off, however if you see one nowadays, you can’t help but think of an English man named Charlie Chaplin. If I were to give an advice, then wear this with a black three-piece suit and carry around a cane too. Remember to tip the hat when you happen to see a Victorian lady pass by.
